To reach the Airport offices, please sign in at the Airport reception counter* located at Changi Airport Terminal 2, 4th storey.

The Airport reception counter is manned at the following times:

Monday to Thursday : 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. ; 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Friday : 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. ; 2.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

*Please take lift Nos. 8 and 9, located in the CAG Corporate Entrance at 2nd storey, Departure Hall North (near Car Park 2A), Terminal 2 (near Check-in Row 12) to get to the Reception Counter.
